FAQ
Q: Why do you focus on Initiation and Planning?
These are the early critical stages of a project where things can go wrong.
If the foundations are not correct then the project will often have serious issues.
Once the correct foundations are laid, then execution is basically following the plans.
Q: Do You Provide Project Execution Support?
Yes we can but generally only to resolve problems.
We don’t provide day-to-day project support as this is not our focus.
Q: Do You Provide Project Monitoring and Control Support?
Once again, yes we can but generally only to resolve problems.
We can attend regular (monthly) project based reviews.
This will be priced on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Do You Recommend Project Management Tools?
There many good PM tools available and it would be difficult to keep up to date with them all.
A lot of companies simply use Excel plus Word and Powerpoint plus a scheduling tool such as GanttProject, MSProject etc.
Instead we leave this to the client to decide and to implement.
